2002-2003 Outstanding Young Engineering Graduates Ceremony Pictures

An Alaska-based petroleum engineer and a Houston semiconductor executive were honored as Outstanding Young Engineering Graduates at The University of Texas at Austin College of Engineering May 16 commencement ceremony. This award is bestowed on individuals age 40 and under for distinguished contributions in the realms of professional accomplishment, community service, and service to the UT Austin College of Engineering.

Duy-Loan Le  Eric Davis

2002-2003 Outstanding Young Engineering Graduates

Duy-Loan Le, B.S. E.C.E. 1982
Ms. Le is a Senior Fellow at Texas Instruments and is TI's Digital Signal Processor/Advanced Technology Ramp Manager. Ms. Le was inducted into the Women in Technology International Hall of Fame in the fall of 2002 and was guest speaker at the UT Women in Engineering Evening with Industry Banquet 2003.

Eric Davis, B.S. P.E. 1991, M.S. P.E. 1993
Mr. Davis is a Completions Specialist for Production Technology at ConocoPhillips. Mr. Davis received the President's Technical Excellence Award in 2001 from Conoco.
