Ankur Singh, BME graduate student, receives STAR Award

Ankur Singh, a BME graduate student, recently received the STAR Award from the Society for Biomaterials. This award was given to the top-ranked abstracts of the 2008 Society for Biomaterials Meeting on Translational Research, September 11-13, 2008, Atlanta, Georgia. The award consists of a certificate and $250 towards travel to the meeting. Ankur's work was selected for podium presentation at the meeting.
