Final grades for classes that have regularly scheduled meeting times but no final examinations are due at the same time they would have been if examinations had been scheduled.

Final grades for classes with no officially scheduled meeting times are due by 10:00 am on Wednesday, May 09.

Final grades should be submitted online by the instructor of record by going to Grade Reporting.

Parents, friends and family are invited to attend the Cockrell School's Spring 2012 Commencement Ceremony at the Frank Erwin Center on The University of Texas at Austin campus Friday, May 18, at 7 p.m. Graduating students should arrive by 6 p.m. at the Red River entrance.

Spring 2012 CIS rescan period

First Term, Nine-Week, and Whole-Session Classes - Course syllabi and instructor-of-record CVs are due in the departmental office or dean’s office (in non-departmentalized schools/colleges) by the first day of class, Thursday, May 31. They must be uploaded to the Access Syllabi and CVs system no later than seven days after the first day of classes, which is Thursday, June 7.

Second Term Classes - Course syllabi and instructor-of-record CVs are due in the departmental office or dean’s office (in non-departmentalized schools/colleges) by the first day of class, Monday, July 9. They must be uploaded to the Access Syllabi and CVs system no later than seven days after the first day of classes, which is Monday, July 16.
