Scholarship Award Process for Incoming and Transfer Students

Scholarship Information for Incoming Freshman

Prospective students interested in scholarships through the Cockrell School of Engineering must submit a completed Texas Apply application when applying to the University of Texas at Austin. To be considered for a scholarship, students must select engineering as their first choice of major.

Scholarship Information for Transfer Students

The Cockrell School of Engineering does not offer scholarships to transfer students. Scholarship opportunities are only available to students once they officially enroll in classes.
