  4. Click “Turn On” icon to power on ceiling mounted projector. After approximately 30 seconds, the PC screen will be displayed on the projection/video screen.

All the console operation selections are represented as orange buttons along the two sides of the touch panel. Press any of the square buttons to select a video source (Laptop, Doc Cam, VCR) or control page (Volume, Projector Power). Every selection activated is represented by a white-colored font.

To view VCR/DVD—Press “Select the VCR/DVD”. Insert the tape into the video machine. You can control the VCR by selecting the various motion buttons (Play, Stop, Rewind, etc) in the center of the panel.

To view the Doc Cam—Press “Select the Doc Cam”. Then press “Turn ON” & “Select Outer Lamps”. Once the Doc Cam is powered on, you may now display your content (sheets, papers or transparencies) or even a three dimensional object. The focus, zoom and brightness controls are located at the front of the document camera. Press “Turn OFF” to power off the doc cam.

To view a laptop—Press “Select your Laptop”. Connect your laptop to the VGA cable located on top of the console. Then activate the laptop video output by pressing the FN and F8 keys simultaneously.
(Note: The function keys vary on different laptops.)

To adjust volume for the PC, DVD, VCR, Laptop or microphone—Press “Adjust Volume Level”, then click either “UP (louder)” or “DOWN (quieter)”. The orange colored gauge will move in the direction according to your selection. Some consoles have wireless microphones. Adjust the microphone level at this panel by clicking “Adjust MIC volume”. To ensure that you get sound out of the wall mounted speakers, make sure the “MUTE” box is not selected.

To view the console PC—Press “Select the PC”.

To turn on & off the projector—Press “Begin & End Here”, then press the “Turn ON” or “Turn OFF” button. (Note: The projector needs to be off for approximately 90 seconds before you can turn it back on.)
