SC2v consists of a set of "Virtual Machines" that closely mimic the environment provided in the ECJ 3.402 Lab (SC2). These machines are available both on and off campus, however off campus access requires VPN software which you can obtain at no charge through Bevoware.

Hardware
- Flash Drives & Local Hard Drives are supported
- Plug your Flash Drive into the USB Port before connecting to the lab
- Your drives will show up as drive letters under "My Computer" on the remote machine
Printing
- Your local printer will automatically show up as an option on the remote machine
Guidelines
The machines are available to anyone in the Cockrell School of Engineering. These virtual machines are on a first come first serve basis which means they cannot be reserved for classes or seminars.
If there is a software package that you need let us know by filling out the Feedback/Suggestions Form. We will asses the availability and functionality of the software package in the virtual environment. If the package is chosen for installation in the lab then there will be up to a two week lead time for installation.
Login/Logout Procedure
- Logging in

- Click the link Studio Classroom 2 Virtual Environment
- Enter your EID/Password
- Click Login
- Click Install Security Warning (First Time Only)
- Press Connect
- Logging out Procedure
- Click Start and choose Windows Security
- Click Shut Down, then Restart
