Outlook/Austin Exchange Messaging Service
Faculty and staff are eligble for a 1 GB Exchange mailbox from the Austin Exchange Messaging Service (AEMS). Please request your Exchange mailbox. At that time, you will need to provide your UT-EID. If you do not have a UT-EID, then we need the contact information for a Cockrell School of Engineering sponsor (faculty or staff) and purpose for your account.

Bulk Mail
You may request access to the Bulk E-mail System contacting our Service Desk. This system is not available to students, but student organizations may request assistance via the Office of Student Life.
