Engineering faculty and staff are eligible for an Outlook/Exchange mailbox hosted by the Cockrell School of Engineering.

Managing Your Mailbox
Each faculty/staff mailbox is given a limit of 1GB as the amount of email that they can store on the Exchange server.
If you exceed these limits, you will be unable to send or receive email. So managing your mailbox is very important. This section provides some tips on keeping your mailbox under these limits.
