To configure Outlook to work with the Cockrell School of Engineering Exchange server follow one of the scenarios below.
Configuring Outlook for ON Campus Use
Determine if you have used Outlook before. You will be able to tell if you've used Outlook before by opening it and proceeding according to what you see:
Startup Wizard means - I've never used Outlook beforeOutlook application opens means - I've used Outlook before (Note: You may need the Office CD)

Configuring Outlook for OFF Campus Use
To use Outlook off campus, you have two options, use VPN, or specially configure Outlook 2003. See below for instructions.
- Configure Outlook 2003 for use WITHOUT VPN. (You will need VPN for the one-time configuration.)

You may also access your mailbox using a web browser.
