Much of the data that Engineering faculty and staff work with is considered sensitive. It is important to understand the requirements for using the different types of data:

Using Your Computer Securely
- Use a good Password
- Always have a firewall on
- Patch software regularly (windows and other)
- Do not use the computer with an administrator account
- Avoid scams
- Don't follow links from unsolicited emails
- Don't open emails and attachments unless you expect them
Annual Security Risk Assessment (ISORA)
Each year all systems with Category 1 Data must undergo a required risk assessment.
