What do BME co-ops do?

UT Austin’s Biomedical Engineering co-ops have:

• Collaborated with engineers, doctors, and medical students to create custom web interfaces for storing and communicating medical data (University of Texas Medical Branch).
• Proposed improvements to diaper design based on infant body geometry (Kimberly-Clark).
• Learned to use a CT scanner and to implement it in healthcare product validation (General Electric Healthcare).
