Co-op Applicants
     
aUse ECAC Services for job search assistance, interview preparation and general career counseling
       
aAttend Career Fairs and other recruiting events
       
aUse RAMSHORNlink System to research employers, monitor job postings and submit resume for on-campus interviews
    aOnce you accept a co-op job, bring a copy of your offer letter to the Co-op Office

Co-op Students
    Before Going Off to Work
     
aAttend a Pre-work Orientation Session and complete other Pre-work Requirements
                 First-term co-ops must attend a live orientation, returning or continuing co-ops must complete the online session.
   
  aRegister and pay for the co-op class

                 Three term co-ops complete 325 LX/LY/LZ.
                 Two term co-ops complete 225 MA/MB.
       
aClear all financial and administrative bars
        aComplete the Scholarship Deferment Form with the Scholarship Office
       
aTalk with a Financial Aid advisor
       
aInternational students must apply for Curricular Practical Training (CPT)
                 Complete a CPT Authorization Form and have it signed by Co-op Staff.

    While at Work
    
  aUpdate your address information online
    aLog into Engineering Co-op Blackboard site to complete required work forms
       
aRegister for classes for the upcoming semester
                 Co-op Staff will remove advising bars for all co-op participants, except for Civil and ArchE students.
       
aStart working on your Co-op Work Term Assignment

    Completing Your Co-op Work Term
     
aTurn in your Co-op Work Term Assignment
                 Deadline for submission is the 1st class day of the following semester.
       
aUpdate your address information online, if necessary
