Membership

 

As a student member of EERI, you are entitled to the same benefits as the professional member. Several publications, sent to you at no additional charge, are just some of the benefits of membership in EERI. Earthquake Spectra is the technical journal of the Earthquake Engineering Research Institute. It is published six times per year, and is supplemented periodically with Final Reconnaissance Reports from recent earthquakes.

Shortly following major seismic events, EERI publishes Preliminary Reconnaissance Reports. These reports contain information gathered by EERI reconnaissance teams dispatched at the time of the events, and include information from all disciplines related to the field. These reports are issued to members as they are published.

The EERI Oral History Series, a collection of published interviews of key pioneers in the Earthquake Engineering field, is also included in your membership.

In addition, the Institute publishes a Monthly Newsletter as well as Special Earthquake Reports included as newsletter inserts.
