Course offering for Spring 2010…
EOE Career Development & Leadership Seminar (GE 222; Unique # 13111) An introduction to leadership principles and theories including work style preferences, transferable skills, effective team communications, and conflict resolution. Includes basic skill development in areas such as networking, dining etiquette, interviewing, and public speaking.
- Course meets weekly (Thursday, 3:30-5:30pm)
- Prerequisite: Must have completed 1 year at UT Austin
- This seminar counts for 2 credit hours.
- This seminar will be taken as a Pass/Fail Course.

Dynamic speakers from diverse backgrounds lead interactive sessions that stimulate thought provoking discussion and personal growth. Sessions will introduce concepts that include (but are not limited to): Building Confidence & Presence; Self Marketing & Promotion; Emotional Intelligence; How to Influence People.
