    INROADS!
    INROADS is a not for profit career development organization that assists talented minority students secure internships in the corporate world and provides guidance along the way.  Application deadline: Apr. 15th
    Apply to INROADS onlineINROADS Process:
    1.) Student Applies Online Only
    2.) Student Completes Online Talent Pool Training/Candidate Assessment (resume writing, impression management, & interviewing skills)
    3.) Student is contacted by INROADS staff to schedule & complete INROADS Staff Assessment
    4.) If good match, student completes mock interview on campus or other location (we will schedule more than one if we feel he/she needs more help)
    5.) Resumes are sent out to companies that are a good match (students will be contacted beforehand)
    6.) Companies call students for one on one interviews
    7.) If company makes an offer & student accepts he/she is an INROADS intern.
