    Purpose: (1) to bring together the UT Black Community to serve a common goal (studying and encouraging academic excellence); (2) to further raise awareness/importance of focusing on academics.  The agenda is as follows:

    = This seminar counts for 2 credit hours.
    = This seminar will be taken as a Pass/Fail Course.

    Dynamic speakers from diverse backgrounds will lead interactive sessions that stimulate thought provoking discussion and personal growth.  Sessions will introduce concepts that include (but are not limited to):

    = Emotional Intelligence
    = Working in and Leading Effective Teams
