    This Facebook group is for Cockrell School of Engineering students who are interested in volunteering for the various outreach and community activities hosted by Cockrell School programs such as the Women in Engineering Program. Examples of events posted via this group include Engineering Saturday's at the Austin Children's Museum, science fair judging at local schools, on-campus hands-on activity help for school visits, etc.

  • Office of Student Life seeks Juniors & Seniors to server on Engineering Leadership Team (website)
    - In Fall 2009, OSL will offer “Ramshorn Retreats".  The focus of the half-day, on-campus retreats will be “Engineers & Ethics” and "Engineers & Teams" will provide opportunities for 3rd and 4th year students.
    - Retreats will involve small group discussions led by upper division students on the “Engineering Leadership Team”.
