What is Industry Super Bowl?
  • Industry Super Bowl (ISB) is a two day event that engages students and company representatives in interactive professional development competitions. 
  • Company representatives "coach" a group students on how to sharpen their job searching skills and other interpersonal skills that are essential to having successful careers, such as making positive first impressions and successful interviewing. 
  • It is an opportunity for students to secure an engineering internship or full time position.
  • The competitive nature of ISB makes it a fun and challenging, learning experience for everyone.

When & where is Industry Super Bowl?
  • ISB is a two day commitment.
  • Day 1:  Friday, January 25th (5:00pm – 9:00 pm)
  • Day 1:  Corporate Orientation will begin at 5:20pm on Friday in the Texas Union, TX Governors Room (UNB 3.116).
  • Day 2:  Saturday, January 26th (9:00am – 4:30pm)
  • Day 2:  ISB will resume at 9:00am on Saturday in UTC 2.102
     
How do I get there and where do I park?
  • FRIDAY PARKING:  The Texas Union is located on the southeast corner of 24th & Guadalupe.  For parking and driving maps to the Texas Union, click Locate Texas Union.  The San Antonio Garage (SAG) is located at 2420 San Antonio Street between 24th and 25th Streets. This garage is convenient to the Texas Union. 
  • SATURDAY PARKING:  UTC is located on 21st Street between University & Speedway. For parking and driving maps to UTC, click Locate UTC.  The Brazos Garage (BRG) is located at 210 E. MLK Blvd (between MLK and Jester Circle). This garage is convenient to UTC.
  • On Saturdays, many parking spaces on the UT campus streets are FREE and do not require UT parking permits.  CAUTION:  Please pay close attention to the parking signs.

  • More than 32 industry representatives and over 100 engineering students.

What do I wear?
  • Day 1 – Business casual
  • Day 2 – Corporate team shirt with khakis or nice jeans
     
What do I bring?
  • We encourage you to bring the following items:
  • Company banner to display around auditorium (if available)
  • Company T-shirts and brochures to share with your team (~ 6-8 students)
