• Due April 9th:  Register online here.
• Due April 10th: Complete both emergency release forms & submit to EOE (ECJ 2.102)

The tentative agenda for departure/return is as follows:

• Friday, 8am-3pm          Drop off luggage in EOE Office
• Friday, 3:00pm             Meet in the ECJ parking lot F25
• Friday, 3:30pm             Depart UT - Vans pull away from the F25 parking lot (behind ECJ)
• Saturday, 7:00pm         Depart Ranch
• Saturday, 8:30pm         Arrive in Austin

Transportation

• EOE is providing transportation to and from the ranch.
• All students attending the retreat will be expected to ride in the vans with EOE.
• Exceptions will only be made for students in class past 3:15 on Friday.

Meals

• All meals & snacks will be provided by the ranch.

Students will need to bring the following items:

• comfortable clothing
• toiletries (bath towels will be provided)
• tennis shoes
• flashlight (if you have one)
• swimsuit (optional)
• tennis balls & rackets (optional)
