Join the Equal Opportunity in Engineering (EOE) Program mailing list so our staff can get to know you better, answer your questions, provide guidance, and serve as a resource during your college admissions process. We also invite you to learn more about engineering, the Cockrell School, and The University of Texas at Austin by connecting with us in several ways. We recommend the following resources to help you learn more.
1. Attend a formal EOE pre-college program such as Longhorn Engineering or My Introduction to Engineering (MITE) Summer Camp. These are the best ways to connect with us.
2. Sign up to attend university-wide events such as:
- Longhorn Saturday
- University Freshman Admissions Session and Tour (offered Monday-Friday).
- Explore UT, the university's annual open house with free activities for the entire family. No registration required.
3. Register for a Cockrell School Prospective Engineering Student Information Session. Offered weekly.
4. Email or call our office at the number below to set up an individual appointment with the EOE Recruitment Coordinator.
5. Get to know your personal Admissions Counselor or find events at an admissions center near you.
