Becoming an Officer

If you're interested in becoming an officer in ESW, the first thing to do is to come to an officer meeting. They're open to anyone, and it's the best way to find out what kinds of responsibilities you might have as an officer. The next step (which can be done before step one if you prefer) is to complete the officer application(Word Document or PDF). This is mainly so we can get an idea of which positions people want, as well as an idea of who you are. A complete description of each position can also be found on the officer application in case you're not sure which one you might be interested in.

Finally, we'll be having a special election meeting at 2:00 PM on Sunday, Nov. 23rd in Eastwoods park (map it). If you can't make it, but still are interested, go ahead and fill out the application, and include in your e-mail that you won't be able to make it to the park and we'll work something out.

I hope you'll consider joining the ESW team. It's a fun experience, and a great way to get more involved in sustainability.
