Based on the assessment that you have made in this module, make a recommendation concerning the rules and regulations governing doping in track and field events. If you do not feel that there should be any changes in the current policy, you must provide justification as to why you are choosing to keep the policy as is. However, if you do not feel that the policy is appropriate, please provide a recommendation for how the rules should be modified as well as your reasoning behind the change. The basis of your choice will depend on scientific knowledge, ethical issues, and perspectives of all the stakeholders involved in this scenario. Your final report should be addressed to the head of a governing board of your choice (i.e. Olympic, high school, etc) and should be in the form of a proposal with the criteria specified by your instructor.
