Mexico Water Project Video

Students from the University of Texas at Austin chapter of Engineers Without Borders travel around the globe fighting global effects of poverty from the ground up. In a small community located in the Coahuila Desert students from all disciplines are implementing a water distribution system. Through underground piping, a solar-powered submersible pump will distribute potable water to faucets at each home as well as to a storage tank. (4:58)
