Student Coordinator Information

Student coordinators are need to assist with the coordination and management of Explore UT activities and events within the College of Engineering. Why sign up to be a student coordinator versus a general Explore UT volunteer? Student coordinators receiving the following:

Coordinators are needed from early January through the day of Explore UT on Saturday, March 7, 2009. Set-up Coordinators need to be able to help for a few hours during the days prior to Explore UT and from 8 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. the morning of Explore UT. Clean-up Coordinators need to be able to help from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. on the afternoon of Explore UT. All other coordinators need to be available to help the entire day of Explore UT (9 a.m. to 6 p.m.) unless co-coordinators split time and figure this out ahead of time. Time involved leading up to the day of Explore UT varies from a few hours to as much as you're able to give....this varies by person and schedule.

Six coordination roles are available and each role needs a minimum of two volunteers

4. Explore UT Student Volunteer Coordinators

5. Explore UT Materials Coordinators

6. Explore UT Tour Coordinators
