EXPO 2009 Senior Reception

Don’t miss out on this exclusive opportunity! This event is a great chance for recruiters to interact with seniors seeking full-time positions in a relaxed setting. Enjoy a great evening with our graduating talent! In the past we have hosted around 300 seniors. 

Date and Time
Monday, September 21^st, 2009 (evening before the career fair). The event will be held from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Please plan on having at least one representative stay for the duration of the event. 

Location
The Senior Reception will be held at the Tejas Dining Room, located in the new AT&T Executive Education and Conference Center.

Parking
A parking garage (CCG- Conference Center Garage) is available beneath the AT&T Executive Education and Conference Center. Parking is validated for employers (2 validation tickets per company or organization).  Parking rate for additional cars is $10 for 2 to 3 hours and $14 dollars for over 3 hours.

Dinner
A standing buffet-style dinner with vegetarian options will be provided. 

Cost
There is no additional cost to attend the Senior Reception.
