EXPO 2008 Shipping InstructionsIf your company must ship materials for your recruiting display, please read the following instructions.1. All material should be shipped in advance to the storage warehouse of Freeman Decorating, the official EXPO booth provider. Freeman will store the material in its warehouse until EXPO and will place the material in your booth before you arrive to set up. Due to the large number of items shipped to Freeman during this time, occasional mistakes occur because of improper package labeling. Please be absolutely clear on the exterior of all parcels mailed to Freeman indicating your company name and booth number. Additionally, please print out and securely affix to your materials the label in the document indicating your participation dates (Tuesday Only, Wednesday Only, Tuesday & Wednesday) to streamline processing. IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THAT YOU TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THIS SERVICE.In the past, several booths shipped by other means have been lost, arrived late, or been incomplete.
For more information, please view this document, 2. PLEASE DO NOT SHIP MATERIAL TO THE STUDENT ENGINEERING COUNCIL OR THE ENGINEERING CAREER ASSISTANCE CENTER. There is no space available to store your material at these locations. 3. If you cannot ship your material at all, you may bring it with you during your booth setup time (see itinerary for more details). 4. For return shipping of materials at the end of EXPO, arrangements will be made with Freeman and FedEx to make bulk pickups on Tuesday, September 23, and Wednesday, September 24. If you did not use Freeman's service, you will be responsible for making arrangements with a shipping company to transport your things by 4:30 P.M. on Wednesday, September 24. 5. Any material left behind by a company will be treated as abandoned and will be shipped to you by Freeman, who will bill you for those costs. |
