OVERVIEW: If you look up leadership in the dictionary, you will find, Leadership: the ability to lead. That definition doesnt go deep enough. What defines an effective leader? For some, effectiveness is defined by the size of the following, but for others, it is the ability to lead with a shared vision that has value, integrity, and trust. During this Faculty Innovation Seminar, you will get to the opportunity to interact with a leader who believes that integrity and leadership are synonymous. General Jefferson Howell, the former Director of Johnson Space Center will share with you his insights on leadership techniques and strategies.
