A Message from Dean Greg Fenves
Thank you for your interest in learning how to support the Cockrell School of Engineering. We are grateful for your consideration of a gift to our Friends of Alec Annual Giving Program. This program directly impacts the Cockrell School's ability to create innovative technologies and educate future engineering leaders that solve the pressing problems of our world. Gifts donated to our seven engineering departments and to programs across the Cockrell School translate into unrestricted dollars that our department chairs can allocate to faculty recruitment and lab improvements and initiatives which result in new and innovative research/technology. Donations allocated to the general fund and to scholarships help support our outstanding engineering students. Scholarships affirm to these young minds the importance of their work toward an engineering degree and encourages them through their demanding education which will translate to solving the world's technical problems. Thank you for your gift in support of UT Engineering.
