Important Commencement Security Information
The University of Texas at Austin has made changes to its Commencement security procedures. Because of heightened security concerns after recent national events, additional safety procedures will be in place for upcoming Commencement ceremonies across campus. Read more.
Students graduating with a M.S. or Ph.D. in engineering this Fall are invited to attend the Cockrell School Commencement Ceremony.

The Fall 2015 Commencement keynote speaker will be alumnus Russell Parker (B.S. PGE 2000), currently president of Chief Oil & Gas, the largest private producer of natural gas in the nation.
