You can join at this website: http://www.ieee.org/web/membership/societies/PE031.html There are 3 boxes at the bottom of the page - the middle box has a link for students. If you are already a member of IEEE, you just need to join PES. You can do that by clicking on the link in the left box "Add a society to your IEEE membership". You will not get a new membership number, just the PES society added to your existing membership. FIRST YEAR FOR FREE: Use the coupon at this link to get your first year's PES membership for FREE!
