UT Data Center Move

Many of UT's central information systems will be moving to the new Data Center over winter break.  During the week of 12/27, many of the services will be down for an extended period of time.

Email and mainframe systems should not go down, but web and file services will.  More information on the specific outage times will be coming soon.

You can also check http://www.utexas.edu/its/news/ and http://www.utexas.edu/its/alerts/ for periodic updates.

License and Distribution Downtime - 10-14-2010

The Mathematica license server will be down from 9:30-10 pm on 10/14/2010.

The Labview license and distribution server will be down from 7-7:30 am on 10/15/2010.

During this time, connected licenses to Labview will switch to evaluation mode and offer the Labview Development and Application Builder modules.  Also, new downloads of the products will be unavailable.

This downtime is to migrate these systems to a newer hardware environment.  If you have any questions, please contact Joe Howe - joe.howe@mail.utexas.edu
