In his continuing effort to enhance the undergraduate experience,
Dr. Richard Corsi, professor of environmental engineering,
entertained his CE 319 class on May 1st, 2003 with his original song
"The Ballad of Bernoulli." Bernoulli's Law,
one of physics' basic equations of fluid flow, served as a guiding
principle throughout the course, but Corsi's 15-minute ballad
featured each of his 32 students as well. Corsi's acoustic
guitar and customized folksy ballads have become a tradition at the
conclusion of each of his undergraduate classes.
