The College of Engineering Staff Excellence Award committee recently announced six recipients of 2005 Staff Excellence Awards. The recipients will be honored on Wednesday, April 27.
The awards recognize staff contributing significantly to the College’s teaching, advising, counseling and research efforts through their exemplary performance.
This year’s awards went to: Glen Baum, electrical/mechanical technical supervisor for the Center for Petroleum and Geosystems Engineering; Kelly Collier, administrative associate for the Department of Civil, Architectural and Environmental Engineering; Jan DeCabooter, senior administrative associate for the Center for Energy and Environmental Resources; Regina Forward, administrative associate for the Phil M. Ferguson Structural Engineering Lab; Jack Hart, assistant chairman of the Department of Biomedical Engineering; and Karon Selman, executive assistant for the Department of Chemical Engineering.
Faculty and staff are invited to the reception in the recipients’ honor at 3 p.m. on April 27 in the conference rooms on the 10th floor of ECJ.
