Carlos Esteva, electrical engineering undergraduate at The University of Texas at Austin was selected for the 2009 Radio Club of America (RCA) scholarship. RCA provides a scholarship fund to “worthy students in the study of radio communications.” Esteva was
recognized for his outstanding academic record and for specializing in digital signal processing along with his desire to pursue a graduate degree in the field.
