PGE graduate student Donovan Kilmartin has been selected as the 2008 ESPN the Magazine Academic All-American of the Year in
men’s Track and Field. Each eligible athlete is a varsity starter with a cumulative GPA of 3.2 or better, and must be nominated
by his/her sports information director. Kilmartin, an Eagle Idaho native, is a three-time NCAA Champion in the indoors heptathlon,
and is the only male in NCAA history to win the event three times. Kilmartin also is a five-time Big 12 Champion. He won the 2008 Big 12
