Prospective First-Year and Transfer Students
The Engineering Scholarship Program supports prospective first-year, transfer, undergraduate and graduate engineering students by providing financial awards based primarily on merit. Undergraduate engineering students received over $2.7 million in funding for 2005-2006 from Cockrell School of Engineering resources. Many of these scholarships come from donations to The Friends of Alec Annual Giving Program and our endowed scholarships and fellowships established by alumni and friends of the School. Another vital part of our scholarship funding comes from our corporate partners who donate funds throughout the year for our engineering students.
