On behalf of the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers Student Chapter at The University of Texas at Austin, we would like to invite your professional chapter to the Region 5 Regional Leadership Development Conference happening April 24-26, 2009.

Last Minute Details

1. If you are not staying at the hotel you need to sign in at the UTC on Saturday morning . You will recieve your registration packet there.


2. Check-in at the DoubleTree is from 3pm-7pm. There will be a UT-SHPE Student at the entrance of the hotel guiding you to the UT SHPE Registration table. Please stop by our table first before going to the hotel check-in. We will be providing everyone with an RLDC shirt, registration bag, and VERY IMPORTANT info concerning transportation to the UT campus on Saturday morning. UT-SHPE will provide bus transportation to the UT campus.
   **1 person per room MUST present a CREDIT CARD to the hotel at check-in.


3. Friday’s volleyball tournament social starts at 5pm. If you are playing in the tournament please try to make it to Austin with enough time to CHECK IN AT THE HOTEL in order to have enough time to make it to the YMCA (location of V-ball tournament). We will be providing transportation from the DoubleTree Hotel to the YMCA. If you wish to drive to the YMCA attached are directions from the hotel to the YMCA.
