Women Engineers in Littlefield (WELD) Application

1) Housing applications open August 1st. You must submit your application for admission to UT before you may apply for Housing and for WELD.

2) Housing contracts are offered in the order the applications are received.

3) After a student is admitted to UT, they must accept the admission by paying the enrollment deposit.

4) The deadline to pay the enrollment deposit is May 1st.

5) You will not be offered a housing contract until you have paid the enrollment deposit.

6) You must select Littlefield as your first choice when the housing contract is offered in order to be admitted into the WELD program.

7) You must be admitted to the Cockrell School of Engineering to be a part of WELD.

8) Littlefield and WELD are restricted to first-year FEMALE students.
