Natalie Clogston joined the Engineering Career Assistance Center (ECAC) in May 2007 as Coordinator of the Cooperative Engineering Education (Co-op) Program. In her role, she helps students gain full-time engineering work experience during their undergraduate careers at the University. She also educates employers about the vast benefits of hiring co-ops.

Natalie is an alumna, having earned both her B.S. in Communications Studies and M.Ed. in Higher Education Administration from the University. As an undergraduate, Natalie served as FIG Mentor, S.H.A.R.E. Volunteer, and worked in the Resource Development Office. During her graduate studies, she served as a graduate student representative for UT Faculty Council’s Standing Committees and also interned with the Women in Engineering Program. Before joining ECAC, Natalie worked in the Registrar’s Office as well as the Dean of Students Office. She is a member of the University’s Association of Professionals in Student Affairs and the state and national Cooperative Education and Internship Associations.
