Kelsey Spies Evans joined the staff of Engineering Foundation at The University of Texas at Austin in September 2001. In her role as director of Individual Giving, she helps donors navigate the ins and outs of making outright gifts, establishing endowments and setting up planned gifts to benefit the College. In addition, she oversees the College’s annual giving program, Friends of Alec, which brought in over $1M last year.
Ms. Evans came to the University from Georgia Tech, where she was the director of development for the Department of Chemical Engineering from 1999-2001. Prior to living in Atlanta, Georgia, Kelsey worked in Los Angeles, California for the Archdiocese of Los Angeles where she was donor services coordinator for the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Angels. In all of her development positions, she has been proud to play a role in the institutions successful capital campaigns.
