John Winn has been a member of the FIC staff since 1997 and received the Outstanding Employee Award for the Dean’s staff for spring of 2003. John is the FIC's office manager, and is responsible for all departmental purchasing, accounting, department inventory tagging and scanning, security access and key requests, appointments and payroll of part-time staff members and all other departmental administrative tasks.
