To reserve a conference room (Large Conference Room, Small Conference Room, or Faculty Lounge) located on the 10th floor of ECJ, Dean's Office staff and any departmental staff using Outlook need to invite the room as a resource. For instructions, please contact the ITG Service Desk.
Student organizations and staff not on Outlook may fill out a Reservation Request Form (form is for ECJ 10th floor rooms only. For all other rooms, please call the reservation contact listed below).
An e-podium containing a Windows XP Dell Optiplex with a projector and VCR is available for your use in the Large Conference Room. E-podium instructions and conference room policies are available for you to view.
If you need to change or cancel an event, please call 471-1166, in a timely manner.
