UT Austin College of Engineering -- Conference Room Reservation Request Form

Room Availability:     
Monday – Thursday 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Friday 7:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., unless other arrangements have been made. Weekend events are not accepted.

Engineering Dean's Office staff should use Outlook to request these rooms.

For a series of events please email the conference room you wish to reserve:

If you selected the Large Conference Room, do you need to use the E-Podium?
 

For other equipment needs (35mm slide projector, blackboard, dry erase board) or for multi-media setup in the Small Conference Room and Faculty Lounge, please contact John Hall, ECJ 10.324,  471-3041.

Dean's Conference Room Policies

Cancellations
Cancellations and/or changes to events must be done in a timely manner, please call 471-1166, as soon as possible. Failure to notify may impede future reservation requests.
Rearranging the Conference Room(s)
It is imperative that the requester return chairs, tables, and equipment to their original locations in preparation for the next user. Please do not push arms of chairs under the table. Chairs must be brushed off with the brush provided (in large conference room credenza). If it is necessary to rearrange table in large conference room, submit a service request to ITG one to two days in advance to disconnect wiring for laptop network service. Please turn off lights
Equipment
NO EQUIPMENT OF ANY KIND SHOULD BE PLACED DIRECTLY ON TABLES ---- USE PADS PROVIDED TO AVOID SCRATCHING TABLES
Food and Beverages
Please do not place hot food or serving dishes directly onto tables. Please wipe off tables after use. The coasters provided must be used under all beverages. Coffee filters, coasters, sugar, and creamer are provided. Coffee is not provided. Please clean the coffee pots, wipe off coffee maker burners and turn power off after use.  DO NOT UNPLUG!!
Trash
Trash cans must be emptied if they are full or contain any food.

Please report, immediately, any problems or damage to our property to ECJ 10th Floor Reception Desk, 471-1166.
