Administrative staff are an invaluable resource in the School and on campus. UT's Human Resource Services provides services to the campus in the areas of employment opportunities, employee benefits, audits of new or existing positions, compliance with the current UT Pay Plan and Job Classification system, and guidance regarding employee discipline and grievance. Many training courses are offered across campus, and especially recommended are the classes for supervisors (which faculty may attend also).
