The Office of Student Life
Created at the request of student leaders in the Cockrell School of Engineering (CSE) and opening in August 1999, many of the programs of the Office of Student Life have been in the CSE for several years.
The Office of Student Life is a unique office at the University of Texas at Austin and in the United States:
- The Office of Student Life is the first and only full-time student development office within an academic unit at the University.
- Out of over 300 engineering schools in the US, only two other schools have similar offices.
