Engineering Fall Gathering

The 2009 event will be held
 Tuesday, August 25, 2009,
4:30 - 8:15 pm
prior to Gone to Texas!

Begun in 1990, the Engineering Fall Gathering welcomes new engineering students to the Cockrell School of Engineering.  There is a Cockrell School of Engineering Student Organizations' and Student Services Fair as a part of the event, as well as FREE all you can eat dinner.

4:30 pm - Check-in begins at Hogg Auditorium
5:00 pm - Greetings from Cockrell School Student Leaders and Administrators and
                our Corporate Partner, BP
5:45 pm - Head to Departmental Meetings
6:00 pm - Departmental Meetings
6:45 pm - Dinner/Student Life Fair
8:15 pm - Students walk over to Tower for "Gone to Texas!" main program
8:30 pm - "Gone to Texas!" program

Alec is the patron saint in the Cockrell School of Engineering.  As an engineering student, you will learn the importance of Alec and his history.
