LeaderShape-Texas Corporate Supporters

Expectations for today's graduates are higher than ever before.  Corporate leaders seek graduates with strong communication, team-building and leadership skills.  The LeaderShape Institute provides undergraduates with an intensive, six-day leadership development experience.  Student participants gain an understanding that leadership development is a lifelong journey involving vision, relationships and integrity.

Corporate Opportunities:

In addition, depending upon level of support, companies have the following opportunities for involvement in LeaderShape-Texas sessions

Adult Cluster Leader

  • The Adult Cluster Leader (ACL) is an extremely important part of the participants' LeaderShape-Texas experience.

  • ACLs have the most interaction with participants through the Family Cluster environment.

  • Each ACL is paired with a Student Cluster Leader (SCL).

  • The time commitment for an Adult Cluster Leader is seven days, including training.

Guest Leader

  • The Guest Leader Panel is an opportunity for experienced leaders to share with the participants in an informal setting.

  • Guest Leaders come prepared to discuss personal philosophies of leadership, risk-taking, ethics and integrity, and the meaning of success.

  • The time commitment for a Guest Leader is approximately one half day.

    • 4:00pm - Guest Leaders arrive at the Institute site

    • 6:00pm - Dinner with the participants

    • 7:00pm - Meetings with Family Clusters

    • 8:00pm - Meeting with The Learning Community

    • 8:30pm - Informal reception with the participants
