LeaderShape-Texas

The University of Texas institute is referred to as "LeaderShape-Texas."  The UT Cockrell School of Engineering was the first university in Texas to host the Institute.  In 1999, the program expanded to two sessions and began accepting students from other majors.  In 2001, the program expanded to three sessions.  Since beginning on the UT Austin campus in 1997, over 800 UT students have participated in LeaderShape-Texas (LS-T).

What is LeaderShape-Texas?

  • An intensive, interactive six-day leadership development program that focuses
    on self-assessment, reflection, and feedback
  • An effective, convenient way to develop the leadership skills and abilities
    you will need to be successful in your future endeavors.
