LeaderShape-Texas Staff:

The LeaderShape-Texas Staff is composed of  Adult Cluster Leaders, Student Cluster Leaders and On-Site Coordinators.  All members of the Staff are expected to:
            1) model leadership behavior and act with integrity
            2) establish a climate conducive to learning
            3) maintain an energy level that can keep up with the pace of the Institute.

Cluster Leaders:

Cluster Leaders (CLs) serve as the primary resource, catalyst and facilitator for the Family Cluster group.  Both CLs serve as a bridge between the Learning Community and learning application in the Family Cluster.

Specific responsibilities include:
    1) clarifying, summarizing and sharing ideas
    2) guiding group discussions
    3) teaching selected segments of the curriculum
    4) challenging thinking and encouraging reflection and feedback

    The Adult Cluster Leader:

  • The Adult Cluster Leader (ACL) is an extremely important part of the participants’ LeaderShape-Texas experience.

  • ACLs have the most interaction with participants through the Family Cluster environment.

  • Each ACL is paired with a Student Cluster Leader (SCL).

  • ACLs are provided by our corporate supporters, or by invitation

    The Student Cluster Leader:

  • Believing strongly in leadership development, LeaderShape-Texas is one of a very few campus-based Institutes that has an SCL program

  • Applications accepted at this time.*

On-Site Coordinators:

  • During the Institute, the On-Site Coordinators work “behind-the-scenes” to ensure the day-to-day success of the program.
  • Applications accepted at this time.*

Note to All Applicants:

The LeaderShape experience is unique to each participant; therefore, persons selected to be a part of the LeaderShape-Texas Staff ARE NOT interested in recreating his or her own LeaderShape experience.  Rather, they are individuals who want to enable others to have their own unique and positive experience in the program.
