Events with Minors

Cockrell School of Engineering student organizations often want to host camps, events, programs, etc. for minors, both on and off of the University of Texas at Austin campus, and must abide by all policies set out concerning these events.

Student organizations should be aware of the additional time and financial demands placed upon officers, members, and sponsors of the organization to facilitate a quality pre-college event. The student organization must abide by both university and State of Texas policies. The following processes are based on campus-wide procedures with descriptions customized for Cockrell School organizations.
